Dear Fellow Members,

INVITATION FOR NOMINATION FOR CANDIDATES OF EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEMBER ELECTION 2026

The term of the present Executive Committee members will end at the conclusion of the annual general meeting to be held at 1:30 p.m. on 21 November 2026 (Saturday) at Classroom 208, Bishop Hall Jubilee School, 2C Oxford Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong. I am pleased to invite you to stand for election as an Executive Committee member for the term 2026–2028.

Under the Alumni’s Articles of Association, to be eligible for election as an Executive Committee member, the candidate must

(a) be a Voting Member (i.e. an Ordinary Member other than one who at the relevant time is a student of the School) of the Alumni;

(b) be nominated by two Voting Members of the Alumni; and

(c) consent to be elected as an Executive Committee member.

In addition, the law prohibits any person below the age of 18 from acting as an Executive Committee member of the Alumni.

A nomination form is available on the Alumni’s website at bhjsalumni.com and is published together with this notice. Interested members may download or print the form for completion. To be effective, a completed nomination form must reach the Alumni’s registered office at 2C Oxford Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong before 5:00 p.m. on 4 November 2026 (Wednesday). To ensure prompt processing of your nomination, please mark the envelope “2026 BHJS Alumni Executive Committee Election – Nomination Form”.

The development of the Alumni requires the contribution of talent, experience and professional knowledge by our fellow members. I wish to take this opportunity to thank you in advance for your service in making the Alumni a success.
