To: All members,            
              
NOTICE is hereby given that the 10th
 Annual General Meeting of the members of the Alumni will be held at 7.00 pm  
on Saturday 7 November 2009 at East Ocean Seafood Restaurant (新世界中心3 樓東海海鮮酒家), Level 3-302,  
New World Centre, Tsimshatsui, Kowloon, for the following purposes:    
1.   To receive and adopt the Executive Committee's report for the year ended 31 March 2009;
2.   To consider and approve the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2009 (published in  
the website of the alumni);
3.   To appoint the Honorary Auditor for the coming year.
